By using Chaos Party, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these terms.

Using the service

You may host or join party games for personal and community entertainment. Do not use the service to harass others, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with rooms, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s account.

Accounts and hosts

Accounts are optional for most play. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account. Hosts are responsible for their rooms, custom prompts and moderation decisions.

Purchases and subscriptions

Chaos Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Permanent add-ons remain attached to the purchasing host account. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, completed digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability or the quality of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every prompt will suit every group.

Content

Chaos Party owns its original branding, interface and prompt collections. You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant Chaos Party permission to process it only as needed to provide and moderate the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Chaos Party is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
