Chaos Party is an interactive party-game website. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the service.

Information we handle

Guest players provide a display name and room code. Signed-in users provide account information made available through ChatGPT sign-in, including a display name and email address. We also store game participation, points, wins, streaks, purchases, subscription status and room activity needed to operate the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Chaos Party does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention, tax and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and advertising

Essential browser storage is used to remember choices and support core features. If you allow advertising cookies, future advertising partners may use identifiers to deliver, limit and measure ads in Free games. Advertising cookies are not loaded until an advertising provider is connected and your choice permits them. You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer.

How information is used

Information is used to run rooms and games, maintain accounts and leaderboards, provide purchased features, process support and payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Chaos Party, including hosting, authentication and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can play as a guest, decline optional advertising cookies, sign out, or request access to or deletion of account information. Some records may be retained when required for payment, fraud prevention, legal compliance or security.
